   Hi Jeff,
   I remember Joe harris and you and the rest of the guys down there, before I went up to the main office with Red Baird! Thanks I appreaciate when people stand up for me, as a lot of folks that slam me don't know me nor never met me, like Nightwatck and that Kill guy I sent them a e-mail when I posted the documents and both have read them, but have posted nothing after slamming me! typical! I live in Pattaya, Thailand now I've been here for about 6 years now!! so what are you up to these days!!

   Hey John, great to hear from you, and yes, I remember Red as well.
   I'm now living in SC and got out of the service in 93 after Gulf 1.
   I am still good friends with a buddy of mine from A-school, Tom Deck, he was on IOWA but got out right before the tragedy.
   You are a true American Hero, if you hadn't acted when youdid, that ship would have been lost, with a loss of life in the thousands. Unless you are a GM and know what our training was, and the decision you had to make, nobody should ever make any comments. I'm sure you still have nightmares about that day and the anguish you went through.
